I’m a wellness and mindset coach with over 30 years in the health and fitness industry. What began as a focus on physical strength has evolved into a deeper commitment to helping people build resilience from the inside out.

I work with women and men, often in midlife—who are capable, successful, and quietly carrying more than they should. Together, we move beyond surface-level habits and explore the belief systems, nervous system patterns, and self-expectations shaping how you live and lead.

With a Master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and extensive training in behavior change, emotional intelligence, and personal growth, I help clients move beyond surface-level habits and into sustainable transformation. I blend science with self-awareness to create lasting change. Because this phase of life isn’t about pushing harder. It’s about living stronger, clearer, and more aligned — in your body, your work, and your relationships.

I live in a suburb of Atlanta with my husband and son, and when I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me walking and talking with friends, trying a new local restaurant, or lacing up my classic Rollerblades. Because joy, movement, and connection are still some of the best medicine I know.
